Payment
Option One - Total payment on the day
Ingol Community will erect all equipment ready for the event and will dismantle and collect equipment at an agreed time.
Payment
Option Two - Payment from takings on the day
Ingol Community Association (ICA) will erect the fun day and will provide prizes and catering supplies (at cost plus 10%)
ICA will take all income from their equipment and catering up to the cost of the Normal Daily Hire Rate.
All monies over this less 10% will be donated to the organising organisation.
