  Address: 29 Beachley Road Ingol
Details: Paint on wall only partly removed, been there well over 10 weeks.
Neil this paint has been on this flat for over 2 months it was far worse than this as it was originally all over the window as well. It appears someone has attempted to remove but have only done part of the job.
Concerns: Paint on the wall of flat  it have been left there for a considerable length of  time, it now can be considered a ‘Signal Crime’ – looks a disgrace. The other residents are very unhappy as this was reported long ago and it is still there. This is not good.

Actions Taken: Response: from Niel Waite - I beleive an attempt was made by the tenat to remove the paint, I will book in job to remove the rest.
Notes: Comment by ICA: It would appear from Niels comments that CGA were aware of the problem but chose to ignor, until now.

  Date: 25th January
From: Bill  and Pauline McGrath 77 Barry Ave Ingol Preston
Concerns: Rubbish left on the landing (public area) and surrounding Garden – Public Area.  This tenants lack of responsibility is making the area look like a TIP
  Address 60a Barry Avenue
Details: This tenant has caused serious problems in the area with asb, she has been spoken to by CGA about leaving items on the landing.
The garden has between 30/40 pieces of paper, cans, plastic bottles etc which have been blown there from her rubbish.
I did approach her a few days ago and asked her to remove what was there at the time and clear the garden. The tenant did remove the pile of rubbish but just placed them on the bins at the rear so these just blew every where. No effort was made to clear up the mess in garden (public Area).

The photo is new rubbish that has appeared in the past few days, and this morning this has been added too.

Pauline, myself and ALL the residents are sick to death of this tenants lack of co-operation, they are fed up with constant police visits (in force)
At all times of day and night – this tenant does not have a good record and ALL resident cannot understand how on earth she is still living at this address.

Notes: Comments ICA: This is not good enough a high priority should be given to brocken windows as they can be regarded as a Signal Crime, Any one can see the window has been broken and needs replacing, it is not a matter of who actually did it, the residents did not put these teants in so should not have to endure these eye sores. CGA must realise they have a responsibility to the neighbourhood. Just not good enough.

Would appreciate this problem of poor maintenance be sorted out.

  Date:

  From:

Ingol Community Association from concerns reported to them

  Concerns:

The floor in question has been repaired once when the tile edges started to rise,  as you see CGA decided a different coloured tile would be ideal for repair purposes, the tenant objected but was told this was the best they could do, the tenant is not happy.  The standard of repair is poor, there is glue all down the joints and the original problem of the tiles starting to rise at the edges has started.

The tenant has complained but told nothing can be done about it, this type of workmanship and maintenance is very poor and not really satifactory, very poor and very poor attitude by CGA.
