Debate: Ingol and Tanterton Pact  needs updating

It seems to me we really need to debate the relative roles and responsibilities of the Neighbourhood Council, PACT and individual resident groups.

WIhen PACT came into existence, there was no Ingol & Tanterton Neighbourhood Council (I&TNC), and it may that some of the activities now done by the PACT Panel should be done under the aegis of I&TNC instead.

On the other hand, the I&TNC members should perhaps now attend PACT meetings in the same way as do other Councillors (County and City), to answer questions and take responsibility for actions delegated by the meeting, thus making the separation and distinctiveness of the two bodies clearer.

Work starts on Ingol Brickcroft

Having finally satified the authorities that all the newts have been rounded up, the contractors managed to find 78. They have had a special pond made for them until a series of ponds in the nature reserve is completed.
