Neil Waite
Neil Waite is the Neighbourhod Services Officer for Ingol. Neil covers all the environmental issues in and surrounding any CGA properties in the whole of Ingol such as untidy gardens, buildup of litter in properties and gardens, fly tiping in gardens or in front of properties, dog structures in gardens, dog douling in gardens or communal areas etc.

All Neil cases are classed are priority 3

Sharon McLoughlin



Sharon McLoughlin is the low level ASB officer for 9 LC's incluiding Ingol. Sharon covers all the low level ASB issues surrounding and CGA properties in areas such as groups of youths congregating, alleged drug use, alleged prostitution, drinking alcohol on the streets, youths playing football in built up areas, noise nuisance etc. All Sharons cases would be classed as Priority 2.

Louise Naylor is the community Safety Officer for Ingol. Louise covers all the high level ASB in and surrounding any CGA properties in the whole of Ingol such as Hate/Racial Abuse, Physical Attacks, Harrassment, Evidence Drug misuse and dealing in properties or communal areas, Firearms etc.
All Louise's cases would be classed as priority 1.

A job well done


The new tenant of a 1st floor flat on Barry Avenue estate decided he had no need for an old bed.

This was reported to Gateway at 12.30 and by 4.00 o'clock it had been removed, now thats service!
