We would like this scheme to become an annual event, the proceeds going to the
Crown Prosecution Service for ‘Services to the Community’
A local resident Mr. Chris Taylor has written a poem to commemorate a decision by the Crown Prosecution Service who just this week by a ridiculous decision not to prosecute a young adult for urinating in the street.
The young adult walked out of his home on Cottam Avenue, undid his trousers and exposed himself and then proceeded to urinate in the middle of the pavement in full view of a decent Ingol female resident and children on their way to the local primary school, the youth then pulled up his trouser and just walked back into his home.
The Police, who acted in a very professional way interviewed and took a statement from the Ingol resident. Needless to say this lady was clearly alarmed, distressed and upset with this indecent incident.
The Crown Prosecution Service as we all know have a knack at undermining not only the police but decent residents by lack of understanding how a community is affected by this type of behavior.
However the Ingol Community Association as forward thinking as usual have spotted a way of raising funds by proposing a ‘ Sponsored Pavement P*ss’ which we believe could put Ingol on the map as this must surely be a first in the country.
We thank the Crown Prosecution Service for giving us the opportunity to hold this fund raising scheme.
CRIMINALS PROTECTION SOCIETY
Do not raise your concerns should you meet
A male urinating in the street
For the CPS will rule in his favour
As no offence is meant by his behaviour
