31st January 2012 Recommend date for receipt of Parish precept information, or to set an atnticipated precept for the new Parish if possible, for the coming financial year.

28th February 2012 Annual Statatory Date for Parish (and other precepting authorities - Police, LCC & Fire) to set annual precept for coming financial year. (see note 2)

1st April 2012 If successful new Neighbourhood Council established by means of an Establishment Order. This will specify the anticipated precept. The new Neighbourhoo Council when established can amend the anticipated precept at any time until October 2012. but as it can only adjust it downwards this is unlikely
